We ship to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Delivery Time
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
- Other emirates: 2–4 business days
Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, promotions or public holidays.
Shipping Fees
Standard delivery is AED 25. Free shipping on orders of AED 200 or more.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available; any service fee is shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
Limitations
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete addresses, courier delays or customer unavailability. For refused orders, shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.
